Job summary

Associa is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our Specialized Property Management branch. This remote role requires a Florida real estate license in good standing and offers base salary plus leasing commission, with health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a technology stipend.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential real estate and property management experience.
• Active Real Estate license, in good standing.
• Persuasive and outgoing communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and meetings with property owners and prospective tenants.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities and deadlines based on current demands.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone and email from prospective tenants.
• Record and maintain notes in the company software.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Vendors, and Owners during make-ready for vacant properties.
• Complete property assessments as outlined in the P&P Manual.
• Prepare incoming property condition reports and video tours of available rentals.
• Manage Tenant Turner lockboxes and property listings.
• Assist Leasing Coordinator with documents for applicants.
• Submit weekly feedback to Clients on rental properties.
• Conduct weekly property visits to market properties for rent.
• Communicate with Outside Agents as needed.
• Attend remote office meetings and training sessions as directed.

Associa is looking for a new, talented Leasing Agent for our branch, Specialized Property Management. We are looking for an established real estate professional with ample experience in leasing.

We are a premier residential property management company. Having successfully managed over 9,000 single-family homes, our team has earned a reputation as one of the top property management firms in Florida.

This is a Remote position, with flexibility to live anywhere in the USA, but it requires a Florida real estate license in good standing.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via phone and email from prospective Tenants
• Record & maintain notes and updates in the company software
• Work with Maintenance Department, Vendors, and Owners during the make-ready process for vacant properties
• Complete property assessments as outlined in the P&P Manual
• Prepare incoming property condition reports
• Prepare video tours of all available rental properties
• Manage Tenant Turner lockboxes
• Assist Leasing Coordinator with any needed documents for Applicant
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of available rental properties in company software
• Submit weekly feedback to Clients on their rental property
• Complete market analysis reports as needed
• Conduct weekly property visits to all properties on the market for rent
• Communicate with Outside Agents to assist with their clients’ needs
• Attend and participate in remote office meetings
• Attend and participate in training sessions as directed by the Manager
• Adhere to all procedures required in this role
• Provide feedback for and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Real Estate experience: 3 to 5 yearsof professional experience within the residential real estate and property management.
• Active Real Estate license, in good standing
• Persuasive and outgoing communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and meetings with Owners of real estate, as well as individuals looking to find a home to rent
• Work well under pressure, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to adjust priorities and deadlines based on the current demands of a situation and embrace change
