Job summary

GPI Investment is seeking a Leasing Agent in Houston to deliver a high-touch leasing experience for prospective and current residents. You will greet, tour, and showcase luxury amenities, build relationships to convert leads into leases, and manage applications with compliance to Fair Housing laws.

You will collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure ready units, maintain a welcoming leasing office, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities
