Qualifications

• 1 year of Leasing Agent experience in multifamily settings or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lease, tour, and close on qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualifications.
• Engage in online marketing and Resident Events participation.
• Maintain walk-throughs, cleanliness, and compliance with fair housing.
