Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Plano, TX community. You will greet prospects, tour the property, present leasing options, and convert qualified leads into residents, while supporting ongoing marketing efforts and resident events.

You’ll verify income and employment, coordinate with the management team, and uphold fair housing standards while maintaining a high standard of customer service and organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Must be consistently detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to listen and understand goals
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents
• Lease, lease, lease and close on all qualified future residents
• Process income, rental, and employment verification to qualify applicants
• Perform outreach and online marketing and participate in resident events
• Walk the property, tour units, and ensure model apartments and offices are clean
• Maintain fair housing compliance and other regulatory requirements
