Qualifications

• Ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to residents’ questions about lease terms.
• Tour properties with prospective residents.
• Collect and process rental applications in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in promoting a positive community atmosphere.
• Use management software to track tenant information.
