Job description

A services organization in Florida is looking to add a new Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: 3 to 6 months
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with receiving and processing lease applications, verifying information, and notifying prospective residents of application results
  • Preparing, executing, and managing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
  • Addressing resident concerns, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of leases, applications, and other relevant documents
  • Assisting with various property management tasks, such as preparing reports, coordinating move-in/move-out processes, and managing resident communications

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Leasing, Real Estate or Property Management
  • Familiar with gathering data & reporting
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Stellar communication skills
