CRMG is seeking a Leasing Agent for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City, OR. The role involves answering calls, greeting residents, touring prospects, marketing units, and preparing leases with attention to detail.

Full-time schedule, Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM, 40 hours/week. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off. A cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year in property management, sales, or leasing is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong math skills and ability to calculate percentages.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, energetic, and able to adhere to laws and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet residents, and assist prospects.
• Tour prospects and market available units.
• Calculate rent and prepare leases and documents accurately.
• Maintain curb appeal and support leasing operations.
