Campbell Properties is seeking a Leasing Agent in West Fargo, ND. You will greet residents and guests, tour available units, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and maintain accurate resident files and paperwork.

Requirements include 1+ year in sales or customer service, weekend availability, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Yardi knowledge is a plus; strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Yardi property management knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Must hold a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Schedule and conduct tours of available units for potential residents.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes and complete necessary paperwork.
• Complete property/ unit inspections and support management with tasks.
