Princeton Management in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to attract residents, manage inquiries, and maintain high occupancy across two apartment communities.

You will travel between Westridge and Sleepy Ridge communities, conduct tours, explain leasing terms, and process applications while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of the local rental market help ensure success.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, sharing details about units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours and address inquiries from potential residents.

Professional property management company seeks candidate with excellent customer service as an experienced leasing professional for two beautiful Williston apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two.

Locations of two apartment communities:

Westridge Apartments 3001 Harvest Hills Drive Williston, ND 58801

Sleepy Ridge Apartments & Townhomes 3024 Sleepy Ridge Ave #44 Williston, ND 58801
