Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Leasing Agent for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. You will handle leasing duties, greet residents and prospects, tours, and ensure accurate lease documentation.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• One year of property management, sales, or leasing experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high energy.
• Awareness of landlord/tenant laws and safety policies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet residents, and assist prospects.
• Tour prospects and market available units.
• Maintain curb appeal and marketing of units.
• Prepare leases and related documents accurately.
