Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly and timely.
• Coordinates with maintenance for smooth move-ins.
• Maintains rental files and enters rental data accurately.
• Prepares leases and oversees signing by new residents.
• Assists in monthly administrative tasks and keeps paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents to address maintenance issues, resolve complaints, and ensure timely Rent payments.
