Monarch is hiring a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in New Bern, NC. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering personalized service and creating memorable experiences within a welcoming environment.

Your role includes managing the leasing process, preparing lease agreements, and presenting pricing and floor plans while touring prospects. Join a team recognized as a Top Places to Work and help drive resident satisfaction daily.

Responsibilities

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.

PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Location: New Bern, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with Some Saturdays required!

• $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
