Job summary

Highlands Vista Group is seeking a Leasing Agent in Tallahassee, FL to oversee the leasing process for residential properties. You will conduct property tours, process applications, and handle lease agreements and renewals while delivering high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and knowledge of leasing regulations. Experience in property management and proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. This is an on-site, hourly position.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for property advertising.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and tenant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive relationship with the community.
• Provide regular reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates.
• Track, maintain, and nurture all leads to ensure high closing ratios.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front office area.
• Work with CRMIQ software and keep up-to-date files on all new move-ins.
• Conduct move-in orientations for new tenants.
• Place move-in gifts and send move-in welcome letters.
• Perform all other duties as needed.

Job Summary

The Leasing Agent is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties. This role involves attracting and retaining tenants, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Leasing Agent will work closely with prospective and current tenants, provide detailed information about available properties, and handle lease agreements and renewals.
