Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in State College, PA is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent to be the heartbeat of our communities. We offer an employee-owned environment with stock opportunities and growth potential.

A PA Real Estate license is preferred but not required, with company-paid training if you don’t have one. Position pays $18-$22 per hour, with standard hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am–2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours of rental properties to prospects.
• Follow up by telephone and email to prospects.
• Assist in Leasing Events.
• Daily customer service with residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.
• Answer phones.
• Property inspections.

This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate: $18-$22 per hour.
