About The Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of a lease up building in Spokane. You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

Schedule

Tues­day–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites.
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings.
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team.
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes.

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations.
