Job summary

Arboreal Management in Bellevue is seeking a Leasing Associate to take ownership of portfolios across several Bellevue PODS. You will be the face of our communities for prospective residents, showing properties and driving lease signings.

You’ll respond to leads, conduct tours, craft property narratives, manage listings, collaborate with the leasing team, and use data to improve performance. This is a fast-paced, growth-minded role with mentorship and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to self-manage time and priorities and work across locations.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of portfolio of several Bellevue PODS. You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcome

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
• Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software!

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
• Generous Commissions: Uncapped and performance-based
