This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, showcasing units through tours, and driving occupancy through proactive marketing and lead generation. Responsibilities include property tours, relationship building with future residents, and using marketing tools to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy and marketing experience is a plus.
