Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our Seabrook, Texas apartment community.

You will conduct property tours for prospective residents, use promotional tools to communicate with prospects, and generate lease leads while maximizing occupancy. The ideal candidate has prior multifamily leasing experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Dwell at Clear Lake on Nasa Pkwy is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located in Seabrook, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
