Job Summary for Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 74‑unit luxury apartment building in Farmington, MN. The Emery Apartments is currently under construction and will be opening November 1, 2024. Please note that the start date for this position is November 1, 2024.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
• Outreach to prospective tenants
• Show and lease apartments
• Help prospects find the right apartment home
• Interact with residents & take work orders
• Follow up on apartment leads
• Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs & maintain resident files
• Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager
• Yardi experience is preferred, but not required

• Leasing experience required or excellent customer service skills
• Organized & punctual

Compensation and Hours

Weekend Hours: Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

$20/hour, plus commission on leases
