Responsibilities:

1. Show luxury rental apartments.
2. Manage the lead-to-lease process, from initial inquiry to application completion, including preparing and executing new leases.
3. Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely processes and procedures.
4. Respond to incoming email inquiries.
5. Organize and document high-volume sales/leasing traffic.
6. Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries.
7. Schedule apartment showings.
8. Maintain daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications:

• NY State Real Estate Salespersons license required; prior real estate agent experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Web/internet savvy.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, On-Site, Nestio/Funnel is preferred.
