Applicants should have prior experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate, specifically with asset classes such as Industrial, Retail, Office, or Multifamily, in markets including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island.

The Leasing or Sales Associate role is a full-time opportunity where income is commission-based on sales or lease deals. You will join a successful brokerage team, working independently to achieve your personal business goals. Responsibilities include generating new opportunities, maintaining leads, sourcing and conducting property tours, contract negotiations, and more. Candidates will receive tenant leads tailored to their asset class, along with access to research, comparable data, company databases, CoStar, LoopNet, and other listing systems.
