Position Purpose

This safety sensitive position involves leasing and marketing of the property, supporting the Community Manager in operational and financial success, and exceeding resident service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial/Marketing: Achieve occupancy and rental goals, maintain a closing percentage of at least 30%, respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and support market studies.
• Management: Assist with community operations, promote resident relations, handle complaints, and supervise staff in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Property Upkeep: Maintain property appearance through regular inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety.
• Customer Service: Ensure resident satisfaction, be available for emergencies, and participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurability if driving for work.
