Join Our Team as a Leasing Agent! Sagareus Property Management is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the leasing process—from conducting property tours and move-in inspections to coordinating with tenants and owners to ensure a smooth, compliant leasing experience.

Responsibilities
Leasing Process:
Conduct Move Out Property Inspections to ensure “Rent Ready” standards and become familiar with property features and amenities.
Create Property Tour video for marketing team.
Respond to all incoming inquiries via email, messenger, text or phone.
Schedule showings for self and/or showing team.
Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
Communicate lease terms and conditions between property owner & prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Explain entire Application, Lease Signing, and Move In processes.
Meet tenants for Move In; Create Move In Condition Report; Collect Move In Funds & provide keys to tenants; Return move in funds & keys to main office.
Conduct Annual Inspections as assigned.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, showing feedback, and prospective tenant communications
Provide weekly update to property owner and Leasing Manager including # of inquiries, # of showings, showing feedback, and any recommendations on pricing or property issue
Track & report personal hours, mileage & receipts for reimbursements
Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues to address any operational issues and improve processes.
Weekly 1 on 1 GoogleMeet sync up with Leasing Team Lead for on-going training, support and process improvement.
Coordinate Move In with Leasing Assistant for seamless transition
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills including email and calendar management
Basic time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in and/or ability to learn iPhone app based programs including maps, calendar, email, Inspector, and Asana CRM.
Drivers license & proof of insurance required. Must use a personal vehicle for work
