We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team in Downtown Indianapolis at our Waverley and City's End communities.

Essential Functions
Leasing
- Manage leads and prospects for assigned communities to assist customers in finding suitable apartments
- Establish initial contact, build rapport, and provide personalized tours following Fair Housing guidelines
- Gain knowledge of all floor plans, features, amenities, and competitor offerings
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and self-guided tours from start to finish
- Understand lease terms, pricing, specials, and availability to provide accurate quotes
- Nurture leads through software and communication channels, ensuring prospects understand the application process and follow up to finalize applications
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review leasing activities and develop strategies to fill vacancies
Administrative
- Collect application fees, proof of income, and security deposits
- Initiate screening processes and make final screening decisions
- Confirm lease details, fees, pet policies, and prepare lease agreements
- Create Welcome Home Letters and introduce residents to the onsite team
Resident Experience Management
- Coordinate with team members to enhance leasing and move-in experiences
- Inspect community areas regularly and report maintenance needs
- Assist with community outreach and local networking efforts
- Support tour setup and resident engagement activities
