Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of leasing experience considered.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
• Conduct tours and follow up with leads
• Prepare move‑in files and ensure apartments are move‑in ready
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files
• Participate in resident events and community engagement
• Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
• Aim for a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards
