Job description

PMA is currently searching for an experienced Part-time Leasing Agent for our beautiful 118-unit apartment community located in the city of Fontana. With a vast portfolio of thousands of residential units, we offer a stable and dynamic environment for your career growth.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities.
2. Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
3. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
4. Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
5. This role is 20 hours per week, including a full 8-hour day on Saturdays and Fridays from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications :

1. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
2. Energetic, fun-loving personality and excellent people skills.
3. Experience guiding property tours and converting prospects into residents.
4. Strong leasing and marketing skills.
5. Familiarity with the application process and lease signings.
6. Computer and internet savvy.
7. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager preferred.
