Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned properties and perform management functions
• Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts
• Approve move-in files and promote lease renewals
• Foster resident relations and team building
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor

Details

Reports to: Regional Property Supervisor

Location: 15400 Belgrade St, Westminster, CA 92683

Position: Part-time (30-32 hours/week)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Availability to work weekends

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in property management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Minimum 2 years leasing experience
• Knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Customer service skills
• Ability to market vacancies and host open houses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager
• Strong organizational and communication skills
