Responsibilities

1. Record and update landlord and tenant information in the database.
2. Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance issues.
3. Advertise available properties and conduct tours.
4. Screen prospective tenants for eligibility.
5. Complete lease applications and verify information.
6. Inform tenants of application results.
7. Inspect properties during tenant move-in and move-out.
8. Address tenant inquiries and concerns.
9. Maintain documentation.
10. Process rent payments, deposits, and fees.

Requirements
