Overview

Lifestyle Apartments is looking for a Leasing Agent to present and lease units to qualified candidates. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents, following up with assigned prospects, showing units, and assisting with applications and online registration.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: $19-$25, commensurate with experience
• Commission for new leases
• Health Insurance
• PTO and Holidays

Schedule

Full Time; Monday-Friday 8a-5p; rotating Saturdays 10a-2p

About You

• 2+ years' experience in a customer-contact or customer-service role is preferred
• Past real estate leasing experience preferred
• High energy and a 'people person' who enjoys communicating with prospective residents
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and after 5pm weekdays
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Ability to walk up and down stairs and property tours
• Occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs
• Tasks may require bending, stooping, or reaching

Core Responsibilities

• Present properties and amenities positively to prospective tenants to secure rental agreements
• Maintain awareness of inventory, pricing, and availability
• Sell unit features and services, and facilitate lease signing
• Verify rental application data and references
• Coordinate with Property or Leasing Managers on availability and upkeep
• Ensure proper maintenance and periodic inspections of properties
