Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role with the opportunity to become full-time as a Leasing Agent at Elkins Apartments in the Greater Bloomington Area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for overseeing leases, lease administration, property management, residential leasing, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This role will also overlap with communications where one may be asked to find things to do for residents, generate ideas for socials, and aid our communications manager in developing content.

Qualifications

1. No Previous Leasing Experience required
2. Demonstrated skills in Customer Service
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
5. Detail-oriented and organized with a customer-centric approach
6. Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
8. Demonstrable skills in Communications and Media
