Weekend Leasing Agent: Westside Village Apartments

Salary: Starting at $16 per hour

Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our property, Westside Village, located in Hopkins. Westside Village is a 265-unit property.

Living on-site is not a requirement for this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
  2. Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law, and marketing product knowledge.
  3. Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect.
  4. Maintain professional communications with residents, residents’ guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
  5. Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.
  6. Process rental applications and utilize Highland Management Group Inc.'s screening procedures.
