Job summary

Banyan Living, LLC is seeking an Experienced Leasing Agent to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through expert residential leasing. You will market properties, negotiate lease terms, and deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of leasing processes and Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff is a plus.

In this position, you will leverage your prior leasing experience to effectively market our properties, negotiate lease terms, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize previous leasing experience to process applications, perform thorough credit and background checks, and qualify prospective residents in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and residents to foster community retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing leasing performance and occupancy rates.
• Prepare accurate lease agreements and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements
