Job summary

Banyan Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team and bring expertise in residential leasing to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. In this role you will leverage your leasing experience to market properties, negotiate lease terms, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include leading property tours, processing applications, performing credit and background checks, and qualifying residents while complying

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, property management systems, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prepare accurate lease agreements and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior leasing staff as needed.

Requirements

• The ideal Experienced Leasing Agent at Banyan Living will demonstrate a proven track record in residential leasing with comprehensive knowledge of leasing procedures and legal compliance. Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Prior experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus
