Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor.
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and lease apartments.
• Update resident databases and process applications.
• Respond to residents’ inquiries and resolve issues.
• Conduct inspections of vacant apartments.
• Comply with local and federal Fair Housing standards.
