Job summary

JLL is offering a Leasing Advisory Intern position in Los Angeles to support brokers and client deliverables in a fast-paced CRE environment.

You will analyze market data, prepare pitch materials, and gain exposure to the occupy/landlord sides of the business while developing Excel analytics and CRM skills. This onsite internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 with dedicated benefits and a structured learning path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management under tight deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables.
• Assist with preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
