Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Leasing Advisory Intern to support brokers in a fast-paced CRE sales environment. You will assist with data gathering, offering materials, and client deliverables while gaining exposure to the Occupier and Landlord sides of the business.

Onsite in Parsippany, NJ, this internship runs June 7, 2027–August 13, 2027, with a compensation range of 8,800–12,400 USD per year and no visa sponsorship. A strong work ethic and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative/quantitative data.
• Excellent organization and time management under deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing a commissioned Broker career.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and lead outreach.
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Read leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools and financial models.
• Shadow brokers in negotiations and documentation.
• Promote JLL brokerage software and CRM usage.
