Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern to support senior brokers with business development, data gathering, and preparing client deliverables in a fast-paced CRE environment. The role offers exposure to sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both occupier and landlord sides.

You will gain experience with real estate documents, Excel-based models, and CRM tools while shadowing seasoned brokers and promoting JLL software usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development by outreaching to new leads and organizing prospect data.
• Gather and evaluate market data to assist client deliverables and presentations.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations and documentation.
• Promote the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
