JLL is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern in San Diego to help support leasing brokerage activities and client deliverables. You will assist with data gathering, market analysis, and the preparation of offering materials for new business pursuits.

You will gain exposure to leases, operating expenses, and Excel-based financial models while shadowing senior brokers and promoting JLL's workspace software and CRM tools. The internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent organization and time management under tight deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsabilités

• Support senior brokers with business development by outreach to new leads and managing prospect data.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations for new business.
• Review leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
