Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern in Atlanta, GA, to support leasing brokerage through data-driven analysis and material preparation. You will work with senior brokers on leads, market data, and client presentations, gaining exposure to leases and operating expense reviews.

The role emphasizes Excel-based analysis, CRM usage, and collaboration across the brokerage team, with a June–August 2027 internship window and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
