Job summary

JLL in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern to support brokerage activities and gain exposure to CRE. You will assist with outreach, data gathering, and presentation prep, working closely with senior brokers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include creating analytical tools in Excel, reviewing leases, and learning the brokerage process from sourcing to servicing clients on occupier and landlord sides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Previous internship experience preferred.
• Permanent US work authorization required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) expected.
• Strong analytical and time management skills noted.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and lead outreach.
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing offering materials and presentations.
• Read leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create Excel-based tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow brokers in negotiations and documentation.
• Promote JLL brokerage software and CRM usage.
