Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Seattle, WA, invites applications for a Leasing Advisory Intern position. This internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial real estate, supporting leasing brokerage activities and client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with senior brokers on business development, data analysis, and preparing materials, gaining experience in transactions, CRM usage, and the tools that drive JLL’s brokerage success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior brokers with business development by reaching new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
