Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern to support brokerage activities, prepare materials and analyses, and assist senior brokers in client services. The role offers exposure to CRE processes, data analysis, and deal support in a fast-paced environment.

The internship emphasizes building skills in market analysis, documents review, and financial modeling, with onsite work in Wayne, PA and June–August 2027 dates. No visa sponsorship is offered for this internship.

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
