ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC in Georgia is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote properties, conduct tours, and negotiate leases to keep occupancy high.

You will handle inquiries, prepare lease documents, assist move-ins, and coordinate with the property manager while upholding fair housing and excellent customer service; weekend availability is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident relationships.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and community policies.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
