Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager for a Henderson, NV property. You will oversee daily operations, lease administration, rent collection and property marketing to deliver a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years of property management experience, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Experience with resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent service.
• Recruit, interview, coach, and hire staff.
• Lead marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Follow property management guidelines in the agreement.
• Address resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Organize site emergency plans and disaster readiness.
• Support continuous professional development.
