The role supports operations from Kennett Square or Boothwyn, PA before opening, with a Tue–Sat schedule and base salary of $70,000–$72,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial performance of the property
• Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
• Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals
• Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
• Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties
