Job summary

Berger Communities seeks a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee four Philadelphia-area communities totaling 117 apartments. You’ll lead daily operations, drive leasing performance, and deliver an exceptional resident experience across campuses in Wayne, Bala Cynwyd, Haverford and Ardmore.

You’ll build and lead a high-performing onsite team, manage budgets and occupancy goals, coordinate renewal strategies, and partner with service managers to keep curb appeal and readiness at top levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site communities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and resident relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the property.
• Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals.
• Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness.
• Stay informed about the local market and competing properties.

Berger Communities is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee four communities in Philadelphia’s Main Line area: Apartments at Wayne Station, Montgomery Pointe, Summit Court, and The Athens, totaling 117 apartment homes.

In this role, you'll lead daily operations, drive leasing performance, and create an exceptional resident experience across multiple communities. Location: Wayne, Bala Cynwyd, Haverford, and Ardmore, PA.

Schedule: Full time, Monday- Friday.
