Job summary

Burkentine is seeking a Lease Up Community Manager to direct day-to-day operations at an on-site property in Monroeville, PA. You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing activities, and drive occupancy and revenue in alignment with budgets and company policies.

Candidates should have 3+ years of community management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office is preferred, along with strong compliance and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Experience as a Community Manager or similar.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff.
• Create and maintain staff schedule and assignments.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee budget development, analyze financial statements and site reports.
• Respond to resident issues and manage emergency situations with leadership guidance.
