Job summary

ACC Management Group in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and ongoing management of Element Collective, a 197-unit LIHTC community opening in summer 2027. This role focuses on building a strong resident community and achieving occupancy from day one.

You will work closely with residents, ownership, vendors, and ACC teams to supervise on-site staff, coordinate lease paperwork, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC/Section 42 required.
• LIHTC/Section 42 experience strongly preferred.
• Fair Housing knowledge a plus.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the new community.
• Oversee lease-up and occupancy goals from launch.
• Coordinate with residents, ownership, vendors, and ACC team.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 42 and Fair Housing.
• Supervise on-site staff including maintenance and leasing.
