Job summary

GCI Residential seeks a Community Manager, Lease-Up for Blu Aventura in Miami, FL. You will drive occupancy, manage rents and coordinate marketing, budgeting and operations to maximize property value and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of site leasing/management experience, strong English/Spanish communication, and proven leadership. Expect a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of site/leasing management experience required.
• Miami, FL market experience in multifamily preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish required.
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue growth.
• Manage rent collection and assist in evictions as needed.
• Assist with retention, marketing and advertising programs.
• Mentor and train staff to meet goals and policies.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance and housekeeping for market-ready units.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Sign leases and review rental applications.
