GCI Residential is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for Blu Aventura, a brand new lease-up community in Aventura, Florida, just outside Miami. In this role you will guide prospects through the rental journey, showcase floor plans and amenities, and help residents find their ideal home.

You will manage the sales process from inquiry to lease signing, deliver exceptional customer service, and build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying needs and closing the sale.
• Demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities, and offerings during tours.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning resident events.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools.
